Nancy Fugosich-Cheng is the Co-Founder of C&A Consulting LLC and leads the firm’s Finance and Administration functions, overseeing accounting, banking, human resources, payroll, insurance, and compliance operations. She ensures that all firm activities align with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, supporting the organization’s continued operational strength and growth.

 

With a background spanning technology, finance, and education, Nancy brings a distinctive combination of analytical, technical, and administrative expertise. Her career has included leadership roles in technology development at Verizon (formerly NYNEX), academic program design, and community advocacy, all of which inform her disciplined yet human-centered approach to business management.

  • Verizon (formerly NYNEX) – Associate Director, Applications Development; managed large-scale systems-development teams operating one of the largest transaction-processing data warehouses in the telecom industry. Her team’s work formed part of the root technology infrastructure distributed to the Baby Bells following the AT&T divestiture.
