Michael (“Mike”) Sullivan is a senior technology, data management, and infrastructure executive with more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across financial services. As a former Chief Technology Officer for the Wealth Management Division of a global data intelligence provider, Mr. Sullivan managed services for one of the world’s largest private-cloud infrastructures, supporting over $3 trillion in assets under administration.
A hands-on strategist and problem solver, he is recognized for integrating complex data, product, and technology environments in mission-critical situations. His expertise lies in driving operational resilience, profitability, and innovation across data-driven financial organizations. - Global Data Intelligence Provider (Wealth Management Division) – Chief Technology Officer overseeing the world’s largest private-cloud data infrastructure for financial services, managing 500+ global technology professionals.
- Thomson Financial – Director and technical lead for multiple enterprise initiatives; received Thomson Financial’s Award of Excellence for his role in the implementation of SmartStation investment management technology integrated with over 100 client web applications at Wells Fargo, and supporting the Prudential merger conversion to a private-cloud back-office system.
- MIS Capital (London) – Led integration following Thomson’s acquisition, building a service-bureau data-center model that unified fixed-income and FX trading platforms for global clients.
- Technology Infrastructure Architect – Designed and implemented business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks, co-authored a leading private-cloud solution (BETAHost), and drove the digital transformation of legacy applications to support real-time customer access.
