Business Needs

An early stage FinTech firm providing a white-labeled SaaS credit lending platform engaged C&A to assess its technology environment, covering architecture, development methodology, DevOps, infrastructure scalability, and management capabilities (talent) and capacity (depth and scale).

 

Following this assessment, C&A was asked to take on ‘acting’ leadership roles to accelerate the adoption of agile, scalable development practices, modern platform architectures, and improved project planning to improve market competitive product delivery, revenue potential, and marketplace position.

Our Solutions

During a period of extreme growth in client commitments under severe delivery timeframes (COVID PPP) for onboarding and customizing new deployments, C&A served in both CTO and Head of Infrastructure roles, reorganizing the technology team, rearchitecting the platform from a monolithic structure to a microservices model, and introducing a modern tech stack as well as a hybrid agile methodology to increase the responsiveness and flexibility of product platform development.

 

C&A also stood up an offshore development team, improved project staging, formalized program/product roadmaps, enhanced stakeholder communications, and embedded proactive client engagement.
