Throughout his career, Mr. Callaghan has earned a reputation for identifying risks early, driving operational excellence, and successfully launching and scaling new business ventures. Mr. Callaghan has held senior executive positions across leading global banks and investment firms, including Citigroup, Bankers Trust Company / Deutsche Bank, U.S. Trust Company and Bank of America, where he managed critical operations and technology platforms supporting complex capital-markets and banking activities.
Across these roles, he has successfully implemented process-improvement programs, enhanced risk analytics and governance models, and optimized end-to-end securities-processing and trade-support functions.
At U.S. Trust, he was a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has also served on many industry committees.
