Sophie Rosenfeld is a senior marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience in Financial Services and FinTech, representing some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions. At C&A Consulting, she leads the firm’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy, building and managing the C&A brand platform, website, and social media presence, and shaping the firm’s external positioning and thought leadership initiatives.
Sophie brings a strategic yet execution-oriented approach to marketing, combining brand development, integrated campaign strategy, content creation, and cross-functional program management to elevate visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive measurable business impact.
Experience
Sophie advises financial institutions, fintech firms and startups on strategic marketing, brand positioning, demand generation, and communications. Her work spans digital strategy, content development, brand integration, client engagement programs, product marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
Sophie has held marketing leadership roles across major financial institutions and fintech firms including Flagstar Bank, Fiserv, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Chase, Chase Bank, and American Express. She has led enterprise-wide rebranding initiatives, merger-related brand integrations, digital content and demand generation programs, and large-scale product launches across treasury services, payments, digital commerce, prepaid solutions, commercial cards, and trade finance.
At Flagstar Bank, she led brand integration within the Integration Management Office following the acquisition by NYCB, managing the rebranding of more than 5,500 digital and non-digital assets and coordinating platform systems updates across 35 workstreams. At Fiserv, she directed integrated marketing programs and client engagement initiatives, including the development of an educational platform and enterprise-level demand generation programs supporting global sales teams.
Throughout her career, Sophie has partnered closely with product, sales, technology, and executive leadership teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives to ensure cohesive, measurable execution.
