Business Needs

There was a disproportionately large off-shore business staff with significant turnover.

The client needed to address data management quality and cybersecurity issues with cross-border implications. There were structural and organizational changes from a recent merger and physical consolidations. The review met FFIEC standards for technology management and audit readiness and covered practice benchmarking for a maturing organization
